Romanian channel TVR CLUJ filmed a performance of a Romanian Folklore Troupe of approximately 90 dancers at Haifa's Memorial Park. The channel is known for producing and filming content for the Jewish audience. The filming took place in few locations in Israel, and the resulting documentary will air in leading TV shows in Romania as well as in Israel.
TVR Cluj is a Regional public TV station active since January 1990, available in Transylvania and Maramureș. The channel produces national programs for TVR1 and TVR2. It broadcasts mainly in Romanian, but also in Hungarian and in languages of national minorities such as German, Hebrew, Ukrainian, etc. A reception was held at the City's Conference Hall with several senior officials of the channel and Bistrița-Năsăud County council members attending.
